Uganda to buy planes for its flying school

Uganda's Ministry of Works and Transport is about to buy three trainer planes for its Soroti Flying School. That should be a good update for the students and faculty of the school who has only three plane as present.

Even the school itself is in dire need of budget that will finance its rehabilitation.
